Rule Book Change Chart - The postmark deadline for submission of proposed Rule Book Changes for the 2017 Rule Book was August 1, 2015. The proposed Rule Book Changes have been forwarded to the appropriate Standing Committees for consideration. All proposed Rule Book Changes passed out of their appropriate Committees will then be voted on during the Board of Directors Meeting at the 2016 APHA Convention held in February in Richmond, Virginia.
